Guillaume LeBlanc is the founder of Atlantic Defence Law Group and a highly respected criminal defence lawyer known for his results-driven advocacy and extensive courtroom experience. With a client-centred approach, Guillaume is widely regarded as the firm’s go-to lawyer for drug charges, outstanding warrants, and complex driving-related offences.
 

He has achieved significant success in impaired and refusal cases (DUI/DWI), as well as matters involving the Motor Vehicle Act and the Fisheries Act, where a strong understanding of procedural and evidentiary issues is critical. Guillaume’s strategic, detail-oriented approach has led to favourable outcomes for clients facing serious and high-risk charges.
 

Guillaume’s criminal defence practice spans all criminal matters, including drug offences, bail hearings, assault charges, impaired driving, refusals, and offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, Motor Vehicle Act, and regulatory legislation. With over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system, Adam Garland is a highly experienced trial lawyer known for his strategic insight, courtroom strength, and unwavering dedication to his clients. He has extensive trial experience in domestic violence cases, sexual assault matters, and serious criminal offences, and is trusted to handle complex, high-stakes files from start to finish.
 

Adam is recognized for his ability to identify legal leverage points and build effective defence strategies in even the most challenging cases. His practice spans all criminal matters, providing clients with comprehensive and confident representation grounded in deep legal knowledge and practical courtroom experience.
 

From trial courts to the province’s highest bench, Adam has appeared at every level of the provincial judicial system. His criminal defence practice includes domestic violence allegations, sexual assault charges, impaired driving (DUI/DWI), bail hearings, assault charges, and offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, Motor Vehicle Act, and legislation respecting Wildlife and Fisheries.

Annie Charlebois is the Operations Lead at Atlantic Defence Law, where she oversees the firm’s strategic and day-to-day operations. She is responsible for all non-legal aspects of the business, including marketing, management, and technology, ensuring the firm operates efficiently while continuing to scale across Atlantic Canada.

Annie is known for her ability to build and implement systems that streamline operations, enhance client experience, and support the firm’s rapid growth. She plays a key role in developing internal processes, optimizing workflows, and integrating technology to create a modern, high-performing practice.

Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and execution—driving initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen brand presence, and position the firm for long-term success. From client intake systems to marketing strategy and operational infrastructure, Annie ensures the firm runs with clarity, structure, and purpose.

Gabrielle Vautour is an experienced, bilingual criminal defence lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of criminal matters, with particular success in theft-related offences, motor vehicle matters, and summary and indictable criminal charges.
 

She holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the Université de Moncton and brings a strong background in criminal justice from her work with the New Brunswick Ombud’s Office and Probation Services.

Gabrielle has extensive courtroom and trial experience and has been recognized for her excellence through multiple advocacy awards and moot court competitions.
 

Known for her practical approach and effective client representation, Gabrielle is committed to strong trial advocacy and results-driven defence strategies. She serves clients confidently in both English and French and is dedicated to protecting the rights of those she represents.

With several years of experience supporting legal professionals in a fast-paced criminal defence environment, Judy is a skilled Paralegal known for her organization, reliability, and strong attention to detail. She plays an integral role in managing files, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring matters move forward efficiently from start to finish.

Judy is recognized for her ability to keep complex files organized and on track, working closely with counsel to support case strategy and day-to-day file progression. Her approach is practical, proactive, and grounded in a clear understanding of the demands of criminal defence work.

Her experience includes file review, drafting correspondence and court materials, coordinating with clients and third parties, and supporting counsel throughout all stages of a matter. She is a steady and dependable presence behind the scenes, helping ensure each file is handled with care and precision.

Judy is bilingual and proudly supports clients in both English and French, ensuring clear and effective communication at every stage of the process.

She completed her Legal Assistant/Paralegal diploma at Oulton College and continues to build on her experience through hands-on work in criminal law.

Artemis is a Legal Assistant at Atlantic Defence Law, where she supports the firm’s lawyers and clients throughout the day-to-day management of criminal defence matters. Her responsibilities include onboarding new clients, preparing correspondences, communicating with courthouses and Crown offices, and assisting with administrative and paralegal-related tasks.
 

Artemis brings a strong background in client service, communications, and relationship-building to her role. She is known for her attentiveness, problem-solving abilities, and ability to adapt her approach to the individual needs of each client. Her experience working with a wide range of people allows her to communicate with professionalism, empathy, and care, particularly during what can be a stressful and unfamiliar legal process.
 

In addition to her work at the firm, Artemis has studied Arts and Communications and is continuing her studies in cybersecurity and software development. Her interest in technology, organization, and client experience supports Atlantic Defence Law’s commitment to providing modern, responsive, and efficient legal services.
